In the Settings menu, look for Two-factor authentication (2FA) and press the Disable button.
Press the Remove button.
Enter your 6-digit code from Google Authentication.
If you don't have access to the Google Authentication app, press "Two-factor authentication (2FA) unavailable?". You’ll be connected to our support chat window. Simply tell the nice representative that you don't have access to your Google Authentication app and that you need to disable 2FA.
